My interpretation:
1 dash Regan’s Orange Bitters
1.5 oz Casa Mariol Vermut Negro
1.5 oz El Maestro Sierra Oloroso Sherry
Stir over broken ice, strain, serve. Garnish with orange peel. It’s essentially the earlier Adonis Cocktail with slightly different proportions.
