My interpretation:
1.5 oz Bombay Sapphire
1.5 oz Dolin Extra Dry
2 dashes Angostura bitters.
Stir with cracked ice, garnish with olive, and serve. — This Cocktail recipe, closely resembling the modern Martini (with addition of bitters) first appears in Straub 1913/1914 and thence passes into JM 1916.
